To paraphrase Randy Newman, there are no people like cat people. This is a fact. We have two rescue cats that started life in a bedsit in Camden Town shared with a human with poor mental health and twenty seven other cats. They have been a delight and so when Shropshire Cat Rescue needed a photographer to record the launch of their magazine "The Cat's Whiskers", we jumped at the chance, on condition we could also photograph the cats.
The charity has been going for twenty years and is now looking for new, larger premises to accommodate a growing number of cats, goats, chickens, rabbits, ponies and guinea pigs. It features a cat hospital, a cat retirement village and dozens of cats.
